James Hamilton Heritage Park is a 32-acre site and incorporates a 16-acre loch and associated Water Sports Centre. Taster sessions are available so that you can get a feel for various water sports and both junior and adult courses are provided to help you progress.
There are two adventure playgrounds and the very popular fleet of fun boats.There is excellent bird watching opportunities from the bird sanctuary.
Facilities available include: Water sport activities, wind surfing, canoeing, dinghy sailing, fun craft hire, children’s play areas making James Hamilton Heritage Park the ideal place for a fun family day out.
The Heritage Park is a Recognised Teaching Centre (RTA) for the Scottish Canoe Association (SCA) and Royal Yachting Association (RYA) and only instructors qualified by the Recognised Governing Body (RGB) are utilised.
